XendPay adds a margin on the existing interbank/real exchange rate. This can be up to 2%.

Are there additional XendPay fees?

The ‘Pay What You Want’ system has an effect on how much you end up paying as XendPay transfer fees. Personal customers can choose to pay no fees for transfers up to a total of £2,000 every 12 months, The limit increases to £4,000 for business customers. Post these limits, system-generated fees apply. You might also have to pay third-party bank transfer and mobile wallet delivery fees.

Card payment fees

Card payments from non-EEA countries attract additional payment fees. This is 2.3% for personal credit and debit cards, and 2.5% for business cards.
