EasyFX exchange rates

Easy FX applies margins/markups on existing mid-market exchange rates. This is typically less than or around 1%.
 

Other EasyFX travel card fees

Card dormancy fee - £2 per month (applied if card not used for 12 consecutive months)

Over the counter cash fee (international) - £4 plus 1% of transaction amount

Over the counter cash fee (domestic) - £4 plus 1% of transaction amount

Additional card fee - £6 per card

EasyFX app

EasyFX provides apps for Apple and Android. You can use the app to set up international money transfers and to manage your EasyFX travel card. However, a number of EasyFX reviews on Google Play Store and Apple App Store highlight problems with how the apps function.

Most customers of EasyFX have good things to say about the company, although you will find some negative reviews out there as well. On Trustpilot, the company gets an average score of 8.3 out of 10. The general consensus is that the company does well on the customer service front, but some users feel that its online interface can be better.

Multilingual support - The EasyFX website/app and customer support is only in English.

Customer service - Provided via a UK-based phone number, live chat through the EasyFX app and social networking websites. However, when presenting as a new potential customer during the iCompareFX customer service review, we found them to be unresponsive to new customer queries.

Where EasyFX could improve

Trustpilot - EasyFX rates as Excellent on Trustpilot, scoring 8.6 out of 10 with around 600 reviews. However, the score does leave room for improvement, especially when compared with the competition. In addition, there are some negative customer reviews about facing problems with the EasyFX card.

Transparency in rates - The only way for customers to find out how much they pay as EasyFX exchange rate margins is to carry out their own research.
