Where EasyFX could improve
Supported countries for EasyFX card - As of now, you can apply for the EasyFX One Card only if you live in the UK, Guernsey or Jersey.
Multilingual support - The EasyFX website/app and customer support is only in English.
Customer service - Provided via a UK-based phone number, live chat through the EasyFX app and social networking websites. However, when presenting as a new potential customer during the iCompareFX customer service review, we found them to be unresponsive to new customer queries.
